How far in advance should I book a photography session?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for portrait sessions and 6-12 months for weddings and major events to ensure availability. However, we sometimes have last-minute openings, so don't hesitate to inquire about your date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable, but we're happy to reschedule with a rebooking fee.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Turnaround time depends on the service. Portrait sessions are typically delivered within 2 weeks, while weddings and larger events take 4-6 weeks. Rush services are available for an additional fee.
Do you offer digital files or only printed products?
We offer both digital files and a variety of high-quality printed products. Most of our packages include a selection of digital images, and additional files can be purchased separately.
